Bunkerworld.com offer a wild range of information from trader outlook, price trend, ex-wharf situation etc.
with a subscription you can also view fuel price, directory etc other information .

One of my most frequent visit website, very informative news covering from US to Asia, they always have a good story covering like the OW case they have a full and detailed coverage on the whole incident. You can also have an indicative level price on the major 4 ports which is free of charge
Also, the feature column written by many industrial expertise is also a big plus to the website.

3. Splash 247
My latest discovery is very similar to shipandbunker, most information is free, not really focus on bunker but more on the shipping side. They do have a pretty good column and analysis, special mention one of the editorial Jason Jiang give really good insight on dry bulk and Asia market review.
Due to the main focus on shipping market i normally use it to feel how certain sector is doing and plan my business development plans
