How do i make sure the quality is good ?
Few things to make sure for quality assurance
1. BDN Sample is the only sample will be recognized – what is BDN sample ? the different between any sample and the BDN sample is , there is seal number of the BDN sample on the BDN while normal sample can be just poured by a spoon from a tank. If you have any quality concern always go with the BDN sample.
2. How the sample is taken ? by Continuous dripping method while bunkering is on going in either vessel / bunker barge manifold.
3. Always make sure the sample is sealed and signed and recorded on the BDN and all proper paperwork. In case of quality problem later on , the sample and the document is the key document to proceed
