1. Minimum human contact and personal hygiene during bunker operation
Wear mask at all times while the bunker operation and keep personnel hygiene during all documentation and tank witness procedure. Ship companies should make sure there are enough mask / cleaning product on board.
2. Liaise with ship agent and get prepared for crew change
Crew change might be affected as immigration got new measures for inbound/ outbound visitors changed daily, make sure if you arrange crew change the pic can come in / fly out Hong Kong as per scheduled, check closely with agent and
